Frequently asked questions
When should the clean be scheduled?
After the property is completely empty and, ideally, the day before the inspection or handover. If the movers are running late, tell us — it is easier to move the appointment than to clean around boxes.
Do you guarantee I will get my deposit back?
No honest cleaner can guarantee that, because deposits also cover damage, unpaid rent and wear we have no control over. What we can do is make sure cleanliness is not the reason for a deduction.
Do you clean carpets as part of it?
Carpets are vacuumed thoroughly as standard. Full carpet or rug cleaning is a separate service that can be added — mention it when you book.
Can you clean a property that is still furnished?
Yes, though the result is necessarily limited to what we can reach. If the inspection is against an empty-property standard, it is worth waiting until it is clear.
