Choosing a frequency
Client-facing premises with daily footfall generally need daily or three-times-weekly service, concentrated on restrooms, reception and floors. A small professional office with under a dozen staff is usually well served by twice weekly. A studio or workshop used by a handful of people can often run on a weekly visit with a deeper clean each quarter. We would rather set a frequency that actually holds than sell you more visits than you need.
Working outside your hours
Most of our commercial clients prefer evenings, early mornings or weekends so that nobody is working around a vacuum. We are set up for that and can hold keys and alarm codes securely.
No lock-in contracts
We do not ask commercial clients to sign long contracts. The arrangement continues because it works, and if it stops working you can end it. In practice that keeps us more accountable than a twelve-month agreement would.

Can you clean outside of business hours?
Yes. Evenings, early mornings and weekends are all normal for our commercial work.
Will it be the same person each visit?
Yes, wherever possible. Consistency is the point — someone who knows your building does a better job of it and notices when something is wrong.
Do you carry insurance for commercial premises?
Yes, and we will provide confirmation before your first visit.
Do you supply restroom consumables?
We restock what you supply as part of every visit. Some clients prefer us to source consumables and bill them on — either arrangement is fine.
Can you clean a medical or treatment room?
We clean small practices and treatment rooms to a general standard, including sanitising of high-touch surfaces. We are not a clinical decontamination service and will say so where a room requires one.
