Recurring house cleaning starts at around $90 per visit for a small home. The final figure depends on square footage, the number of bathrooms, whether there are pets, and how often we come — the more frequent the visits, the lower the per-visit price, because there is less to catch up on each time. Your first visit is often quoted as a deep clean so we start from a genuinely clean baseline. We will give you a firm price before any work is booked, and we do not add charges afterwards.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most of our recurring clients give us a key, a lockbox code or a garage code and are at work while we clean. Everything is locked up again when we leave.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything is included in the price. If you would prefer we use particular products in your home — because of allergies, pets, or a sealed stone surface — tell us and we will use yours instead.
What if I need to skip or move a visit?
Just let us know as early as you can and we will move it. There is no charge for rescheduling with reasonable notice.
