Yes — that is the standard window and what the service is built around. Tell us your property’s checkout and check-in times when you book.
Do you supply linens and consumables?
We can launder and rotate linens you provide, and restock consumables you supply. Most hosts prefer to buy their own stock in bulk; we handle the rotation.
What happens if a guest leaves the property in a bad state?
We photograph it, contact you immediately, and clean it. Where a turnover takes substantially longer than normal because of guest damage, we will tell you before doing the extra work, so you can decide and make a claim.
Do you work weekends?
Yes. Short-term rental turnovers are mostly weekend work by nature.
