What the deep clean adds
- Bathrooms — grout scrubbed, hard water removed from glass, tile and fixtures, drains cleared
- Kitchen — inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, range hood degreased, cabinet fronts and tops
- Throughout — baseboards, door frames, window sills and tracks, light fixtures, fans, vents, switch plates
- Detail — behind and under movable furniture and appliances, radiators, stair spindles, interior glass
What it buys you afterwards
Once a home is at that baseline, keeping it there is genuinely quick. Grout that starts clean stays clean with a wipe. An oven done properly needs a fraction of the effort next time. Window tracks cleared once need a vacuum thereafter. Four to eight hours depending on size and condition, occasionally more. Larger homes are sometimes split across two days. We quote per job rather than per hour, so a slow job is our problem rather than yours.
